- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refunds are available once a booking has been confirmed, regardless of attendance or outcome.

You may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
